Shipping and Delivery

In stock products will ship within 3 – 5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Out of stock, custom orders, preorders, and reservations will ship within 3 – 5 business days of product completion. Shipping normally takes 3 – 5 business days in the continental US. After shipping a tracking number will be provided. Delivery time for in stock products is within 14 business days, however, most arrive within 10 business days. Any unexpected delays in shipping caused by UPS, USPS, or FedEx are the responsibilities of the shipping company. Should a package be lost in shipping a replacement will be sent out and the purchaser notified of the unexpected loss. If a package is damaged in shipping the buyer must provide photo for replacement and insurance claims. All packages are insured for at least $100.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
